How does billing work?

Increase or decrease your compute needs depending on the demands of your application and only pay the specified per hourly rates for the instance you use.

All subscriptions are billed on the first of the month for the total compute hours at the applicable rate.

What is the difference in Service Level Agreements (SLAs)?

Enterprise includes a 15 minute incident response time, every day of the week.
Premium includes a 12 hour incident response time, every day of the week.
Standard includes a 24 hour incident response time for level one incidents Monday thru Friday.
